Common questions

How do I get a refund?
Email support@rmfullstackaiengineer.dev with your account email. Full details in the refund policy โ€” short version: monthly plans are refundable within 7 days of charge if you haven't used the AI Teacher heavily.
Can I cancel my subscription myself?
Yes. Account menu โ†’ Manage subscription opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel (the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period โ€” you keep access until then).
I lost my 2FA / authenticator app โ€” how do I get back in?
Use one of your recovery codes โ€” those were shown to you when you first enabled 2FA. On the 2FA prompt screen, type a recovery code instead of a 6-digit code. If you've also lost the recovery codes, email support@rmfullstackaiengineer.dev from the email address on your account โ€” we'll verify identity through other means and reset 2FA manually.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
Account menu โ†’ Danger Zone โ†’ Delete account. Confirms with email + password, then permanently removes your user row and everything cascades from it (sessions, state, notebook, usage history, recovery codes). Stripe customer record is preserved for legal/tax reasons but no longer linked to a user. This action cannot be undone.
What model does the AI Teacher use? How much does it cost me?
Claude Sonnet 4.6 by default (Haiku optional for fast / cheap follow-ups). Each lesson uses ~$0.02โ€“$0.10 of credits depending on length. Your Pro plan includes $10/month of credits; that's roughly 100โ€“500 lessons depending on length. The exact spent + remaining is shown in your account menu in real time.
Why don't you have a chat support widget?
Single-operator project. A chat widget that says "we'll respond in 4 hours" when you actually mean "tomorrow morning" is worse than an honest email address. When the company is bigger than one person, this changes.
Is the AI Teacher's content guaranteed correct?
No. Like any LLM, Claude can be confidently wrong. Use the AI Teacher as a tutor โ€” verify critical things (deployment commands, security advice, API names) against official docs before relying on them.
The site is broken โ€” what do I do?
First check /status โ€” if there's an active incident it's listed there with a workaround if available. If the page loads but a specific feature is broken, email hello@rmfullstackaiengineer.dev with the URL, what you clicked, the time, and a screenshot.
